Heat in winter – monetise solar power in summer

A major advantage of the Avalon Q is the use of the heat it generates.

During the heating season, the miner doubles as an electric supplementary heater. The energy used is converted not only into computing power but almost entirely into heat. The Avalon Q thus helps heat living rooms, hobby rooms or offices while generating Bitcoin at the same time.

In summer, surplus electricity from your photovoltaic system can be used for mining. Instead of feeding solar energy into the grid unused or at low tariffs, it is monetised directly.
